my rank get down from 17 to 1.. any help !!!!

hey
i was playing in a server for about 15 min and when the game and when the game finish
an error came up lost connection to nexus server and now when i try to login my rank 1

i need to get my rank back plz

I went on a server, killed 1 man : Won 50 000 points.
