Your router or firewall probably blocks ICMP packets.

In your router/firewall configurationn ._.
Use google, I don't know what router you have.

I unblocked it from firewall but still its on 999 ping for my friend : Image

I also made a custom rule but still in 999 :Image

Any help?

Try without the router..plug the Ethernet cable directly into your computer's network card.
