Please help! I cant Play

I was trying to play Bc2 beacuse i got bored with COD , so i decide to try this. i install everthing like it has to be, but every time i try to play this erver appear. Maybe its my ISP or what, im trying to play like a week ago, so is not beacuse servers are down. Please help me.

I cant post the picture but it says

MASTER SERVER UNABALIBLE

he NexusBF Master Server seems to be unreachable. This means that the server is down, tou don't have an active internet connection or your firewall is blocking...

P.D.: My firewall is off, and i dont have any antivirus
