big problem with the ranks

i logged in as usual and my rank was ok (35) but then something happened and i got disconnected when i logged in again my rank became 0 i though it was an internet problem and that it'll be okay if i log out and log in but nothing changed i tried playing a little bit to see what happens but i ranked up to 7 and nothing happened . please help i lost all my specializations & it's not cool not having anything after all the " hard work" our should i say the hard playing .please help

Delete GameSettings.bin and finish 1 round afterwards.
You actually shouldn't have played after loosing your rank.

deleted Game Settings.bin but nothing hapened thnx for the help anyway
