I honestly want them to NOT make a remake of either of those

Oh well i would like to see a proper WW2 game with a current version of the FrostBite engine.

But i think "EA/DICE" and "PROPER" are not able to go hand-in-hand..

+1 I don't want any remakes because they will make them like the new Battlefields to appeal to the COD consumer-base

PS - there's 1943 which got cancelled for PC but is a pretty decent frostbite WW2 game

I am not happy with EA's effort to turn BF into COD (i said the same thing in another post too) but BF4 is still the best shooter of this year. In my opinion:

-BF1942,BFV,BF2,BF2142 = Realistic/Tactical shooter with arcade elements
-BFBC1,BFBC2 = Arcade shooter with tactical elements
-BF3 = Pure arcade shooter
-BF4 = HAHAHAHA!!! WE FINALLY MADE BF AS BRAIN DEAD AS COD!!!! GIVE US YOUR MONEY!!!! You have to play this until BC3 comes to save BF series
-BFBC3 = Destruction, slower gameplay, more recoil, anything you want from a BC. Sadly, still not as solid as BF2

Whoever confirmed BC3 in the first place and why should there be destruction, slower gameplay, more recoil and anything you want from BF, not BC, since that's the game they started changing it into a much faster gameplay pace.. they will just continue on BF4's act to keep their audience

I am just hoping my friend, is it forbidden? I wrote anything you want from a "BC" because there is no destruction in BF1942, BFV, BF2 and BF2142. There should be slower gameplay and more recoil because slower gameplay requires more tactics than fast reflexes and more recoil means you will need to aim more carefully and shoot in short bursts. Spraying with recoilless laser guns kills skill. However you could be right about BC3 will be worse than BF4. I trust DICE but i don't trust EA. They will gain COD's playerbase but they will lose theirs. Maybe we should find a new game to play. Project Reality 2 has announced but i find it too realistic. Do you know any BF-like games?

"Too realistic" ? PR is the only thing that gives me hope for a better-looking BF with its core mechanics. I do find it a bit too realistic too but it's nothing that gets in the way. I encourage it in fact.

i don't like playing bf3 or any bf with out my friends itch bf has it's own style and taste (bf4 it's like hell kitchen or a over powered nuke i liked the beta and had a lot's of fun it ^^ with a good team mates )i guess you will get bord of bf4 and 3 as well if you don't have friends ho share this passion more then that Venice hh trust me it will rocks
