I can play BF· all in ultra details at 1600x900 with this:

AMD fx 4100 x4 3.6ghz
4gb dd3
geforce gtx 550ti

Run very nice at 40-60 fps

i dont like to oc but i do use msi afterburnet tho core volatge i cant change it doesnt boost much like 5fps or less and cant oc cuz my h61 asrock uefi d0esnt allow me to

gt 520 can run it on low but its more of an office/multimedia card, not meant for gaming. I would go with a 760 or if you cant afford it go with the 650ti boost its a great choice for the price! Also you should upgrade your cpu to an i5; ive seen i3s running bf3 on high but with an i5 youre safe for the future and you also have some extra power for other applications.

Just thought to add that Battlefield 3 is actually quite CPU dependent as well, and I would strongly recommend a quad core processor if you can. You do not need the latest i-series intel processors. AMD quad or hexa cores are also good, or you could go for the older intel quad cores like i7-920 etc.
