Guys.. he talking about 2 clients in the same network connecting to Plasma...

Not about a server or anything.

Do this:

Just create a shortcut like Freeshnik said already and add "+clientport 27007" to the path of your shortcut.

To add the new port you have to open the "Properties" of your shortcut and look for the game path.
Just add a space and the +clientport 27007 at the end of the path. Done.

And you'll be fine.
