Can`t start VU

Hey,
My problem is that it`s not possible for me to start the VU launcher. I have already tried to run it as administrator and reintalled VU but nothing happend. I don`t get any error messages or something like that, my computer just doesnt respond when i wanna launch it. Also Bf3 works fine for me and VU is the only program that has this problem.
Not sure if you need them but my specs:
I7 4790k
16 GB DDR3 RAM
AMD r9 390
Windows 10
