Emulatornexus does not provide Servers itself, you have to host them yourself or find a third party hoster that offers emunexus servers.
There used to be a signature here.

You only have to rent one if you want it to run permanently without having your PC running 24/7.
If you only want it to run sometimes, use this tutorial to set up your own free server:

If you need it 24/7, you have to rent a root server from an external provider.
