Do not ever download anything from sites like that.
Just upgrade your game to R11 (http://goo.gl/d08WX) and place the dinput8.dll in your game folder.


But do i have to use original copy of the game or it can be used on Reloaded version too .. ?

Use the orginal copy. Then you won't get any issues
