i copied the dll but its still saying that my game is out of date and that i should update it from nosteam..!!!yesterday i was playing with no problems..what should i do ??

Ok i copied the dll but its still saying Project rome version out of date.
What to do?
As i said it was working just fine just 3-4 hours ago..

Get the new hook from here and overwrite the hook in your BFBC2 game folder.

download the new version from here : http://forums.emulatornexus.com/bf/?download
open the Zip file , then copy the .dll into your game folder and select copy and replace

To make things clear:

There is no virus in the file:

If your AV detects a false positive, you can safely disable it for the download (and consider getting a new one...)

You need to unzip the file and copy to dinput8.dll into your game directory (where BFBC2Game.exe is).

If you get a "bad version" error, you are using a modified version of the game that is not supported by Nexus (e.g. NoSteam). Get an original copy of the game.

Also, the Global Forum Rules apply in this thread as well as in any other. Follow them or take the consequences.

I downloaded the new .dll, copied it to the correct folder (tried three times), but I still get the 'out of date' message....
