I lost all levels of my profile

As the title suggests I lost all levels, so that I had all the weapons unlocked, because I was at level 30. I had read in a FAQ that if you lose all levels was necessary to make a single level and returning the old profile as it was, I did not end because everything has remained as it was. Delete the folder BFBC2 in your Documents folder.

If your stats are permanently reset, there's nothing we can do for you. There are no backups of user stats.

1: X5 servers were an emergency solution and proofed useless, as everyone abused them to boost their stats while not having lost them
2: It was not our/NoFaTe's fault this time, OVH simply had routing issues (Take a look here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4760 )
3: Making user backups would consume a big amount of space ( and therefore money)
4: We cannot grant users special rights/privileges by giving them some made up stats just for them to be able to play with weapons of higher rank. This would be unfair and a lot of work for us.
5: This is still a free service, and it's in BETA stage. Accept this (and the consequences that come with it) or find someone else who provides you a better service.
