Help please.

I just installed the game, Battlefield BC 2, and when I'm trying to log in it says "Unable to Login". What is the problem?

Make sure :
•Your game is update to the version 795745 .
•Use the last client file 866
•There is space in your name "Carlos Norris" use your E-mail to login
