Sure he could... But those servers are allowed. Any server with a rate higher than 5x will be banned.

Why banning x5 servers? It's a game, and it's fun playing with fast XP and rank up, i wont spent 100h of unlocking stuff which i already unlocked in the original game...

One thing which would be nice for the guys that want to earn normal x1 XP and don't want their spm fake skyrocket:
All x5 server admins should be forced/told/suggested to include a prefix or something in their server names, like [x5] My Server, My Server (x5)...
I know most of the x5 servers do that already, but there are still some that are untagged
