That's the problem. You are missing an entry in the registry.

I think you got this right, and the copy I got has old update....so how to fix these problems

Well, install it again then?
Try turning off you antivirus while installing, and DO NOT apply any cracks.

well look what I did:-

1-uninstall the game

2- turned off the anti virus

3- installed the game again

4- did not apply any cracks or any previous updates

5- bloom = false

6- when I try to update it extract files and then ask for language after selecting English (my win 7 default language), still says game is not istalled, please install the game and try again later.

please I want to play your helpp will be appreciated
