About the Venice.

I have a legit copy of BF3 + I have all the DLC (Pre), but im in ban from Punkbuster..
I will able to play on Venice?

As long as you have a licence file you will be able to play but what ever you were banned for don't do it again because I will buy it this summer after my finals so don't just don't .

PunkBuster doesn't affect our service (yet).
NoFaTe will implement an own anti-cheat-mechanism though which will be more precise and better than PB.

You'll be able to play. You shouldn't try that again what got you banned in the first place.

That is a pretty bold claim, not impossible though. Also what about things like PBB streaming or GGC (just an example because GGC is dead), could those be used?
