It changes back to 1074x768 after I log in.
If the .ini is Read-Only, the .ini doesn't get changed.

you cant force resolution below 1024*768 
im playing whit 25 max 35fps
my GPU is the problem on my side. i tryed to force thru Properties>Compatibility mode dosent work
we have to deal whit it, the game needs at least 8600GT to play and c2d cpu..
