*Instant Spawn
*fast spawn Vehicles
* and what the name of heavy metal ( btw isn't levels/mp_002)
and whay only player of my contry can join

Instant spawn can be done with extension system, Fast Vehicle spawn with ModTools I think (I'm not sure thoguh).

And maybe other people have a too high ping.

Don't know then. Did you set the region in your ~StartServer.bat correctly? OC = Oceania, EU = Europe, US = United States.
