[Request] US Vietnam Hardcore Server

Howdy, just got into the emu, but couldn't find a Vietnam server to join. The only one I see is a EU server, but since I'm on the West Coast, I'll get crazy amount of ping on it. If any server host sees this, I'd gladly appreciate it if there was a HC server put up here in the states.

First, you are allowed to setup and run your own server, so why not do it?

Second, Vietnam servers are dead as doornails, even in the official version.

Third, hardcore is not played nearly as much.

Fourth, even with high pings, game is still playable.

You need to jump to Vietnam screen to play on those servers, and then use the filters on right.
Also I think everyone has the rights on joining in their preferred server.
