Hello , I want to Un-link my Origin account , is this possible ? because i want to link another account so

No not possible yet. You might to reregister a forum account to use another Origin account

Oh .. then it is totally safe to link origin account ? my account will not Banned ?

No, this mod won't get you banned on Origin. The linking process is just for checking if you bought the game
