changing password doesn't work

i forgot my password and when i enter the site and pressed forget my password they send me a strange password to my email

so when i decided to change it from the profile it keeps saying password is changed and when i try on the game or the site it

doesn't change and i enter with the one sent on my email please help (fix the change password problem)

The same goes for me , neither password change or password reset via mail works
