We don't ban because it is not effective without a working anti-cheat (which will be implemented in a later revision).

yes please make an update for cheat, that piss me off i face a lot of cheater early, lot of players gona stop playing if this continue

We are aware of the problem, however the current focus is on releasing Venice.
You can try playing on e.g. RepZ servers, they usually keep their ban lists updated.

Why do you keep going around complaining about this on the forums? Complain to the respective Server Owners so they can make everything under control...
