reset my rank

Hi everyone, today i was playing bc2, rank 4 and when i connected to a sv it kicked me and my rank was 1. Please if anyone can help me, i dont want to start again :c thanks .

delete your GameSettings.bin located in C:\Users\USER\Documents\BFBC2 and try again!

Play one full round to see if it works or not. I doubt you did that

it didn't work. i had to play from lvl 1 but now im 9. I HOPE THIS DONT I HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN .
