why i'm always disconnected to the server everytime i played the game? but there is no problem with my connection.

Ports, firewall, AV. Check all of them.
It must be your connection or the servers you try to connect to are just full or have reserved slots.

I log in on the web site and in the game but after choosing a soldier the following sign arise, my game is in russian, so translation is something like "Could not enter"...what can i do?

Login with your e-mail, your usename contains a space.
