[Rome] Client b313

Changelog:- Added the ability to host the server in renderless (console) mode - Just launch the server with the -renderless parameter
- Re-added the console box to the server - You can now execute console commands directly from the dedicated server without having to use RCON
- Fixed a rare bug that would prevent the game from properly saving your account data
- Fixed an instance where the client could not be correctly identified
- Fixed a bug which would corrupt your local soldier stats
- Removed the ability to host 64-player servers

The renderless doesn't function on linux, but I know you're working on that.

please make a script to restart the server in case of error and failure due to the nexus.
We have to go in and close the window hands error and restart the server

i try to download the client only B313 but I get a page with an error saying it can not connect to the server ge.tt., what can do? thanks (google translate)

Right click the attachment and use the "Save target as"-function to download the file directly.
