[Rome] Client b866

Changelog:- Added support for BC2 Server R34.
- Completely refactored the client and improved performance by a great margin.
- Added the ability to set a password on a Ranked dedicated server.
- Fixed a problem that would prevent game controllers from working in some cases.
- Completely re-implemented the game hooking code.
- Fixed a memory leak in the client localization code.
- Fixed several bugs that would cause the client/server to crash in some occasions.
- Disabled the ability to modify point multipliers.
- Several other stability and bug fixes.
Note: RomeExt has been disabled in this build due to compatibility/stability issues.

What is the difference between a server R32 and R34? What is the advantage? Who can say? I have a R34

And another question that I have long been interested in! Question NoFate - Why not displayed banner on the server variable - vars.bannerUrl "http://www.tacticalsites.com/ ~ pm07snv/images/TGBC2logo.png"?
There is some way to get the banner to appear?

R34 was the latest leaked server version, actually you have to ask DICE about the changelog.

I have updated to b866 but still can't see any servers
Need to solve this ASAP
