I know this seems weird, but how do i put up a profile pic? and how can I get a signature of my rank just like yours?

For the avatar look up your User Control Panel at the top left corner of the forum header.
Just below "Board index".

For the rank signature visit robbinghood.me and follow the instructions.
Pick the settings for your rank banner and put the image-URL into your signature (also by using the User Control Panel).

1 more thing, how can I use "C4" as assault class? Because I have seen many player's having it as assault class and not recon... :O

Stop making new posts and ones that are not even in the right sub-forums... There is a problem with the servers and NoFaTe isn't here to fix it yet. Be patient and go play something else in the meantime or I dunno.. go out ?

OK back to my question, how to use "C4' As assault class? I dont see it in my inventory even though i've unlocked all weapons

On assault class, You automatically get the c4 when you take any of those universal guns(guns available for all classes). You won't get it with the assault class guns.
