The members of the EN staff do not offer support for pirated copies so saying you don't own it before stating your problem was just silly :lol:

As Mizu said, no support for pirated copies.
Try the search function, you might find an answer using it.
Also, this is the wrong section for problems (But don't even think about opening a new thread now).
