Bf4 test-range in bf3 possible?

Hi there,
Would it be feasible to implement a sort of test map to bf 3 with targets and all weapons to try them out/practice shooting them? It could be an already existing map like wake island with a few dummies and weapons lying on the ground. Something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDXYucSqecg
