As interesting as that would be, that would require a lot of work. You gotta make all the weapons and the animations for them, record the voices, and make maps. Maybe it'll be a thing once experienced modders get their hands on the mod tools for VU.

i am new here and dont know much about modding, can i ask a question? is it possible to mod the game enough to create weapon and soldier skins? my idea would be Siene Crossing as is...leave it completely untouched...its paris and already sets up a great ww2 feel. then create soldier skins for germans and US. Use the UMP-45 for the american thompson, EMR 39 for the M1 garand, Scar-H for the BAR machine gun, M240b for the .30cal machine gun with bipod, and m40 sniper for springfield with 8x scope..and obviously just leave the colt .45 as is. Germans use pp2000 for mp40, ak74 for stg44, sv98 for k98 with and with out scope. M249 for the mg42 with bipod and g17 for walther p38. i think standard damage models would be okay. and if possible tank skins too.

Sorry if this is stupid...but i would play the shit outa this mod if it was made.

It could be possible to do more than what you mentioned in the hands of an experienced group of modders, although we're not sure at this point.
