It's called a bug. Recoil is broken on high tickrate servers.

I'm aware of this bug since I talked with kiwi about this problem. The main issue is that the spread and the weaponsound is broken after yesterdays update.

My thoughts of the Values that have been changed:

Base Spread - Increased
Spread Increase - Faster
MaxSpreadCap - Increased

A first I thought the RPM is messed up aswell since the gunsound has to compensate for something. Would be interesting to know how this is linked to the tickrate since everything, except for the recoil, was normal a day before x)
