Secondary Weapon Customization

Now I know that I have asked this before in a previous post regarding silenced .44's and what not, but will there be the ability to freely customize not only your primary weapon, but your secondary weapon? For example equiping a laser sight and suppressor onto a .44 magnum, or a laser sight onto a M1911 or to install a 6x scope onto a .44? I know that there aren't many secondary weapons available for scopes etc, however I think this would be awesome.

Would be cool indeed. But I'd prefer attachments like a rds or kobra.
