would you guys please host a 30 hz server because i can't join any 60 hz server and i think that high frequency is the reason

Well why would people join 30 Hz servers when they can have glorious 60 Hz/120 Hz?
Most people don't have the problem you have. Also, the hosting capabilities are limited.

The problem is you get a message telling you the host is running at a different hertz then you. Would you like to restart? You click yes. Game restarts. You click ANY server in the browser and get a message telling you the host is running at a different hertz then you. Would you like to restart? You click yes. Game restarts. You click ANY server in the browser and get a message telling you the host is running at a different hertz then you. Would you like to restart? You click yes.
So on and so on. Its like Ground Hog's day with a game browser.

Seems enough people are that this issue should either be addressed, or the limited hosters should supply at least one 30hz server.

30hz server's won't matter. This is caused because of a connection issue between you and the servers. You won't be able to join ANY server until you resolve this issue, check the FAQ for more information.

but I can join test server 2 and 4 now
but can't join test server 3
