Cancel Map Load

Press Esc during map load to go back to Server Browser.
Also, add an Exit Game button on the login screen.
And, an option to permanently hide the chat, or have the chat visibility variable saved somewhere. BF4 already does this.

Exit Button is for me ALT + F4

I don't have a habit of using it, so I forget about alt+f4.
