Rank problem

Hello. Today i try to play battlefield 2 bad company after one year brake. I login and i saw my rank is 25 its ok. But when i try to connect in any server its says connection lost. So i try port forwarding and many other solutions. Now i just login to my account gustixs, and i saw my rank is 0, just all account reset to 0. What should i do guys?
