Venice Unleashed

Hi all. I'm totaly new to this community I hope I will be part of it with respect. So, my problem is that when trying to join Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Multiplayer as I have an account, so when trying to join a random server sometimes I got crashed but that is not a big problem actualy. The problem which is annoying me is timing-out everytime I join a server. Just seeing the 'Loading' screen then timing-out. It would be such a pleasure if someone helps me. Thank you, I really appreciate that.

sounds like internet problems if it does that on every server

Well no. My ping seems alright. What if it was my version problem. My version is [Build 914] That all what I can see when the game pop-up.
Anyone helping? please.
