Dear modders of VU.
I would like to ask if it would be possible to implement custom options in the 60hz client and save them. Then next time you start 60 client you will have yours custom loadout, graphics and most immportantly key bindings.

Would it be possible???

Thanks for yours answer.

What?
Everything is saved in one config file. It won't be overwritten, when you launch the 60Hz or 120Hz client

C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\Battlefield 3\settings

Ensure that you can write to this. Also you will have to change your settings using an external editor (notepad) or go in-game currently to change your settings.

Everything seems fine in theese. It only changes when I start the 60hz, in the normal one I have my settings (my own resolution). Maybe it can“t read it or something.
Also I have the VU installed on D drive and also Battlefield 3 on D. Should that be a problem? Btw I have Win 8.1

We do not modify anything relating to settings or your local settings profile. This looks to be a bug that has been in BF3 for many years and was never fixed. I will take a look, but as I cannot reproduce the issue, it seems to be something on your machine.

And just to be clear, does 30hz work as well (default), because if this is an issue with VU or Battlefield 3 itself it should be across all launches of 30, 60, and 120hz, not just one or another.

Standard client works fine, BF 3 also goes fine and only 60 hz switches to default settings.

When I launch VU it has its resolution, then I will join a server and it will restart in 60hz or 120hz then the resolution changes.

Don't worry, I can live with that, but I will be happier if Options tab will be aviable in the future so I could change it before joining a server.

Thanks for your help.
