Can't install Venice

When I try to install Venice this pops up. BTW I have windows 8.

Try to run it the installer with elevated rights

did you ever get it sorted in the end or just give in? ive tried changing permissions and allsorts.. disabling anti virus etc.. ive link my origin account just nothing works.. exact same error you get everytime

Have you disabled your antivirus to install and whitlisted the folder of VU before enabling it again?
Did you run the Setup as Administrator?
