Can't INSTALL ( ANTIVIRUS --> TROJAN )

I cant install this magnificent piece of art ... Seriously ! When i download it and i open the .exe file it just gets deleted and my antivirus says its a TROJAN ... ANY HELPE ?

Put the folder where it's downloaded in the AV exception list?
Or just disable the AV

use windows base internet browser it doesnt pick up on it

Note that his AV is deleting the file and not a browser
