cant connect, it writes i connected already....

Help me, ive installed the latest version, but when i connecting to server i got black loading screen and after 5 seconds it returns me to menu, when i reconnecting to any server it writes that i alrady joined server. win7. I think this troubles with ports, cause i have problem like this in bf4(before some update), and my provider is locking some ports. Please write ports and their types i should open and suggest me programm to get round my providers restrictions. In fb3 i have no problems.....
