Hey guys,

I´ve just installed venice, everything looked fine. I´ve got to the loading screen of BF, exact screen like singleplayer but after some seconds it wrote me this error:

Venice uleashed encountered an unexpected problem and had to shut down.

A crash report was submitted to our servers. Please .......(it continues)

(my ID)

We apologize for inconvenience.

Then the second window pops up:

Runtime error

(folder where installed)

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application´s support team for more information

I have win 8.1 and i think it´s problem on my side but I need to know what to do. Thanks for your help.

Runtime error sounds like you are missing something.
Did you install the latest DirectX drivers + Redistruable c++ files?

Well. I have dx 11 but not sure where can I update to 11.2 , Microsoft got me to windows update but there I found only some processor and bluetooth updates nothing about directx.
I tried one installer from internet but it said that i´m up to date.
In my dxdiag it says 11.

EDIT: After installing vcredist i´m still getting the same error.

What's the crash ID it produces?

Is it by the command prompt or windbg.exe or crashdumbs ???

The ID is the part which you deleted in your orginal post...

You mean vu.com ?
I deleted it because I thought: nah it just connects to the server and disappears.

Even if it will produce the ID it just closes when I run it.

and closes.

No, we need the part that you wrote as "(my ID)" from the crash message.

I´m sorry for the spam. I thought it´s in the command prompt because i saw one pic here on the forum where the protocol is written.
