up until now you need to disable optimus to get VU running on your high performance GPU.

Started having the same issue today after vu got updated , last time i played it was running fine , now there are random crash on start up and can run it only with integrated graphics .
Edit: Fixed it by downloading VU Zip archive instead of exe , and extracting to VU folder . Hope it helps for others who are having the same problem.

There was an update pushed a few days ago that should resolve a lot of issues surrounding the problem. Download the zip and extract over the previous files and let us know!
