getting a "Connection Dropped" error when joining a server

happens when joining a server in 60/30 hz mode , also check the ping in all servers
also debugger shows this

Ensure that you have allowed vu.exe through your firewall, or open the ports that are required for communications. See the Server Hosting tutorial for the ports that you need to ensure are set for outgoing (for a client), or incoming for a server.

fire wall is disabled also all bf3 ports are enabled

add this to your venice shortcut, in the Target section
"F:\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\vu.exe" -high60
