Connection failed

Hello, I've installed VU and everything is OK, but I've a message when I launch the game :

The game works when I join a server with the Battlelog.

This means that the connection to our backend timed out.
Please make sure that you allow Venice Unleashed through your firewall and antivirus, and try again.

Hello. I also have this same problem. And i've also added the VU to my firewall allowing it to everything. And it's still not connecting for me. I also have it set to run in administrator every time. Could there possibly be any other suggestions? Thank you.
