Venice Unleashed

Hi there, I am a brand new member here, and I just downloaded the client today. When I run it, it just crashes. Is this simply because I do not have access to the closed beta? If that is the case, is there any way to gain access to the closed beta? Or will I have to wait until the open beta and hope that that solves the crashing issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

The build of our client that's currently live is very experimental and is more meant for internal testing than public consumption.
Most issues that are currently present will be most likely resolved before the Open Testing Season begins.
