Venice Unleashed

So I'm having a little bit of trouble actually playing the game. Whenever the game launches in fullscreen(which seems to happend randomly) the menus disappear right after you logged in and all I can see is the background.

I can't do anything but Alt+F4. Alt+Enter doesn't work either.

Is it possible to force it to launch in windowed?

This is a known issue which appears to occur in high resolutions (ie. 4K).
