Looks like VU has no permission to write to the gamefolder.
Try starting as Admin

There shouldn't be any "CrashRpt" folder on the game folder. The only folder that I found with that name on my system is located on %localappdata%, and it has nothing related to Venice in it.
Also, running the installer as administrator is not an option, since it's a .msi, not a .exe
We'll have to wait for NoFaTe's input on this, to know how does Venice require anything related to CrashRpt folder.

I think that OP is not talking about the installer.

Instead of running game servers as admin, just give Users (or the user that will be running the server) recursive modify permissions over the Origin Games/Battlefield 3 folder.

On the Download section, you need to fill in a key that authorizes your forum account in-game. If you don't have a key, wait until open beta.

I understand, thank you mate. Keys is admin-created for Closed Beta, not product key of original game?

Exactly.
We don't ever require you to enter your game's product key on any of our sites.
