Vu Launcher endlessly loading

Hello,
When i start vu the .exe opens, but it stays on the black loading screen. Game is on the newest state and I also startet it before vu.

I already played the closed beta and the showmatch (iplay-mym) and it worked perfectly for me.

Maybe i have to delete the key or something? Also connected my origin account to the nexus account..

i linked my origin account and got battlefield 3 premium but when i open the launcher it shows only the blue loading screen of bf3 nothing other happends i got a good pc so the specs arent the problemn and i already dactivated the antivir for testing reasons but it doesnt work at all
