I've repaired my game... Changed the values in the registry folders. I can't find the the solution.
Anything else I can do?

There should be an "Install Dir" entry. Make sure it's set to the proper path.
You can also delete "Battlefield 3" key and then repair the game again through Origin. It will create that key and it's entries again.
