Slower-paced gameplay ?

Hi there everyone,

I would like to ask a question regarding slowing down the pace of the gameplay, this could be possible to do so with VU and command line on servers ?

If this was asked already or else please excuse for asking again.

yes, the admin can modify the timescale via rcon.
